What's an Agency Account, and how does pricing work?
You purchase one Agency Account and operate multiple Client Workspaces inside it — one per client. Each Client Workspace runs end to end: Overview, Integrations, Intelligence, Reports, Contacts, Settings, and Activity, holding that client's connected data, analyses, branded reports, and recipients, so every account is run to the same standard. Plans differ by how many Client Workspaces you can operate: Foundation 5, Intelligence 15, Enterprise 40, Enterprise+ unlimited.
What's available today, and what's on the roadmap?
Available today: AI Marketing Intelligence and executive decision support (scoring, executive summary, KPIs, insights, recommendations); forecasting, anomaly detection and budget-optimisation guidance; board-ready PDF and PowerPoint reports; agency-branded reports (full white-label — every Addlaa mention removed — from the Intelligence plan); secure report sharing with view and download analytics; email delivery with a recipient picker, CC/BCC, test sends and delivery tracking; contacts; a per-workspace activity trail and data-governance view; team roles; and CSV / Google Sheets upload plus the live Meta Ads connector. On the roadmap: scheduled report delivery, SSO (SAML/OIDC), per-client access roles, and additional connectors. We label roadmap items clearly and never price for them as if they were live.
Which integrations are live?
Meta Ads is available today, and CSV / Google Sheets upload works on every plan. Google Ads, GA4, LinkedIn, HubSpot and additional connectors are being added continuously — each is shown as available or roadmap directly in the product, so there's never any ambiguity.
Can I white-label reports for my clients?
Yes. Every paid plan puts your agency's logo, colours, and name on the reports you download and send — from Foundation up. Full white-label — every Addlaa mention removed so the report is 100% your brand — is included from the Intelligence plan. You set branding per Client Workspace in Settings. (White-labeling the hosted share-link view is on the roadmap.)
Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?
Yes. Annual billing is discounted versus month to month, and you can start monthly and switch to annual at any time.
Are there limits on AI usage?
Every plan includes a generous monthly allowance of AI analyses and reports, sized to your plan's Client Workspaces — enough for typical agency use. If you run high volume, you can top up anytime with an AI-credit add-on or upgrade, and we warn you before you approach the limit so you're never caught mid-report.
Do I lose my work if I upgrade?
No. Upgrading only raises your Client Workspace allowance and unlocks capability — you keep the same Agency Account, Client Workspaces, and saved analyses.
How does Enterprise pricing work?
Enterprise is tailored to your organisation — unlimited Client Workspaces, organisation-level governance and audit, guided onboarding and migration, a security and compliance review, and dedicated support with SLAs. SSO and per-client access roles are on our roadmap; talk to sales and we'll share timelines and prepare a proposal that fits.
