Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how subscriptions to Addlaa are billed, cancelled, and refunded.

Last updated: July 2026

1. Overview

Addlaa, operated by Addla Education and Technology Solutions Pvt. Ltd., provides subscription-based access to its platform. This policy describes how billing, cancellations, and refunds work. It applies alongside our Terms of Service.

2. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis — monthly or annually, depending on the plan you choose — and renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. Applicable taxes may be added.

3. Free trial

Where a free trial is offered, you will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription begins and the plan fee is charged for the following period.

4. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel, your plan remains active until the end of the current paid billing period, after which it will not renew and no further charges will be made. Cancelling does not automatically delete your account or data.

5. Refunds

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable, including for partial billing periods, unused time, or features you did not use. Where we have charged you in error — for example, a duplicate charge or a billing mistake — we will correct it. We may also provide refunds or credits in other cases at our discretion. Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable law.

6. How to request a refund or cancellation

Manage or cancel your subscription from your account's billing settings, or contact us with your account details at [email protected] or +91 8019436899. We aim to respond within one business day.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above.
