Data Deletion

1. Disconnect a connected advertising account

If you connected an advertising account — such as Google Ads or Meta (Facebook / Instagram) — you can revoke Addlaa's access at any time inside the app: go to Connectors and choose Disconnect for that account. Disconnecting immediately deletes the stored access token so Addlaa can no longer reach that account.

You can also revoke access directly from the provider — in your Google Account permissions or in Facebook under Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations. Removing Addlaa there has the same effect.

2. Delete the imported data

Disconnecting stops future access; to also erase the metrics and analyses Addlaa imported on your behalf, delete the client workspace or account inside the app, or send us a deletion request (below). We then permanently remove the imported campaign and performance data and any analyses derived from it.

3. Request full account & data deletion

To delete your entire Addlaa account and all associated personal data, email [email protected] from the email address on your account with the subject "Data Deletion Request". We verify the request, delete the data, and email you a confirmation. Requests are completed within 30 days (usually much sooner).

4. What gets deleted

• OAuth access tokens for any connected Google or Meta advertising accounts.
• Advertising metrics and campaign data imported from those accounts.
• Analyses, reports, and insights derived from your data.
• Your profile and account information.

We may retain a limited amount of information where required by law (for example, billing and tax records), and de-identified or aggregated data that can no longer be linked to you.
