Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information Addlaa collects, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Last updated: July 2026
1. Who we are
Addlaa ("Addlaa", "we", "us") provides an AI marketing intelligence platform and related services. This policy applies to our website, demo, and workspace at addlaa.com.
2. Information we collect
- Information you provide: name, business email, company name, industry, company size, and any details you submit through forms, the AI Advisor, or when creating a workspace.
- Data you connect: files or spreadsheets you upload or link to run an analysis. In the current demo, uploaded files are processed in your browser and are not stored on our servers.
- Usage information: pages viewed, actions taken, device and browser type, and similar analytics collected via cookies (see our Cookie Policy).
- First-party demo analytics: to understand how visitors use our public demo, we set a first-party cookie holding a random, anonymous identifier and record aggregate activity such as demo runs, analyses completed, AI Advisor use, and reports generated. This is anonymous by default and is described in section 12 below.
3. How we use information
- To provide, operate, and improve the platform and demo.
- To respond to enquiries, prepare proposals, and provide support.
- To send you information you request or that is relevant to your account, and — where permitted — occasional product updates you can opt out of.
- To secure our services and prevent misuse.
4. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate (for example, hosting, email, and CRM providers), under confidentiality obligations, and where required by law.
5. Data retention
We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide our services and for legitimate business or legal purposes, then delete or anonymise it.
6. Security
We use technical and organisational measures designed to protect your information, including encryption in transit and at rest and role-based access controls. See our Security & Trust page for more.
7. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at [email protected].
8. International transfers
We may process information in countries other than your own. Where we do, we use appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
9. Children
Our services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 16.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above.
11. Connected advertising platforms (Google, Meta)
When you connect an advertising account — such as Google Ads or Meta (Facebook / Instagram) — Addlaa requests read-only access through the provider's official OAuth flow. We access only the accounts, campaigns, and performance metrics needed to produce the analysis and reports you ask for, and we store the access token securely (encrypted) together with the metrics we import on your behalf.
Google user data. Addlaa's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use Google Ads data only to provide and improve the user-facing features you request; we do not sell it, use it for advertising, or transfer it except as necessary to provide the service, to comply with law, or in connection with a merger or acquisition with appropriate notice.
Meta platform data. Our access to and use of data obtained through the Meta APIs complies with the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies. We access only the data you authorise, use it solely to deliver the reporting and analysis you request, and never sell it or use it for unrelated purposes.
You can revoke access at any time by disconnecting the account inside Addlaa (Connectors → Disconnect) or from the provider. Revoking deletes the stored token; to remove imported data as well, see Data Deletion.
12. First-party demo & visitor analytics
To measure how our public demo performs and to follow up with businesses that ask us to, Addlaa uses privacy-respecting, first-party analytics. When you visit, we set a first-party cookie containing a random, anonymous visitor identifier. Using that identifier we record product events (for example, opening the demo, completing an analysis, using the AI Advisor, or generating a report), an approximate country or region, and basic device and browser type, together with how you arrived (such as the referring site or campaign link).
This information is anonymous by default. We do not use device fingerprinting, we do not match visitors to identities using their IP address or third-party identity graphs (including LinkedIn), and we do not attempt to secretly de-anonymise you. Direct visits are recorded as direct — we never invent a traffic source. In the current demo, files you upload for analysis are processed in your browser and are not retained on our servers. You become identified to us only if you choose to share your details — for example by submitting a contact form, requesting a demo, or creating a workspace. We never sell or share visitor identity data, and access to this analytics data is restricted to authorised staff. You can clear these cookies at any time in your browser, and you may contact us to request deletion of associated data.
